Bashed our way out of Recife

Sailing in light breeze making about 3.5 k, clear skies. Bashed our way out of Recife until we got off the shelf and away from the small fishing vessels that disappear in the swell. Last night we had a lot of vessel traffic. I had as many as 7 targets on the radar at 24 miles out!
Keeps you on your toes. Expect to reach Salvador by Saturday.
